Packaging and Delivery Process
1. Inspection and Packaging:
– Every order is thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure it is in perfect condition.
– Each product is securely packaged in bubble wrap, and fragile items like glass bottles receive additional protection.
2. Dispatch and Delivery:
– Once your order passes our quality checks, it is handed over to our trusted logistics partner for delivery.
– Our logistics partner will attempt delivery at your provided shipping address. If they are unable to reach you, they will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
3. Delivery Timeline:
– We will process and dispatch your order within 2-3 days of receiving it. Delivery typically takes 5-7 days from the dispatch date, depending on your location.
– While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays.
4. Shipping Locations:
– We ship across India to most pin codes. You can check the availability of delivery to your area by entering your pin code on any product page or during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
1. Order Tracking:
– Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and the name of the courier company handling your delivery.
– If you have an account on our website, you can also track your order by logging into the “My Account” section and viewing the “Your Orders” tab.
Delivery Attempts
1. Failed Delivery Attempts:
– Our logistics partner will attempt to deliver your order three times. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
– Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.
Shipping and COD Charges
Shipping Costs:
For orders below Rs. 699, the shipping cost is Rs. 50 for deliveries within Kerala and Rs. 120 for deliveries outside Kerala.
For orders above Rs. 699, shipping is free across all locations.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges:
For deliveries within Kerala, the COD charge is Rs. 50.
For deliveries outside Kerala, the COD charge is Rs. 60.
