Cancellation Before Shipment:

   – Once the shipment has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

Cancellation Refund Process:

   – If your cancellation request is received before shipment, we will initiate the refund within 2-3 business days.

   – Refunds for payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking will be processed back to the original account within 7-8 business days. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

   – Alternatively, we also offer refund options through Asray Naturals store credits, which can be used for future purchases.

Fraudulent Transactions:

   – Asray Naturals reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of fraudulent transactions or violations of our terms and conditions without prior notice.

Shipping Costs:
